Pelagic wants to assure you are 100% satisfied with the product(s) you purchased, which is why we offer a FREE 30-day return period on all PELAGICGEAR.COM orders.

Please reference Pelagic Order & Shipping Confirmation Emails to find your Order ID to process your return. Do not use the packing list information that was shipped with your product(s).

For any exchanges please place a new order and return the item(s) for a refund.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable

  • International orders including, Puerto Rico, Canada and all other US territories outside of the US, customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

  3. Print out pre-paid Fedex return label: For US customers, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge to return your merchandise
  4. Your credit card will be refunded when merchandise has been processed. Please allow up to 30 days for your return to be processed during holidays.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • To file a claim for a defective product, please email customercare@pelagicgear.com and include a description of the defect and photos showing the defective product.

PELAGIC POLARIZED LIMITED WARRANTY

All Pelagic Polarized Eyewear comes with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects with valid proof of purchase from an authorized Pelagic dealer. Please CLICK HERE for more information.

RETURN CONDITIONS

All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and contain all original tags. Once your product is received and inspected, a refund will automatically be applied to the original credit card/form of payment on file and a credit memo will be emailed to you as proof of the refund reflecting back to your account.

  • All exchanges will be processed as a refund back to the original credit card on file. Any exchange or replacement order will need to be placed separately if you are interested in an alternative size, color or style.
  • Return timeframe starts from original purchase date.
  • PELAGIC is NOT liable for any items lost in transit. Additionally, customers are responsible for all tracking information on return shipments.
  • Original expedited shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
  • Please allow 30 days for credit too clear once received.
  • Items not returned in 100% resalable condition will be subject to restocking fee (10%).
  • If refund is initiated and original payment is no longer available a gift card or credit will be issued
  • Return policy subject to change without notice.
