A fourth generation commercial fisherwoman and boat builder from Fajardo, Puerto Rico. Continuing the family tradition, fishing has been her passion and lifestyle ever since she was a kid. Shesla has been working/running with her father for the last eight years in their fishing charter business, Konklma. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Tourism. Shesla loves all types of fishing, but deep sea fishing, commercial fishing and light tackle are her favorites. "I look forward to motivating more women and girls to go out fishing and enjoy the outdoors."
