Pelagic is Proud to Partner with Marine Wildlife Artist Steve Goione On a new Collection
Influenced by a lifetime of childhood summers fishing along the Jersey Shore, Steve’s talents led him to an art degree from the Ringling School of Art and a graphic design career that evolved serendipitously into a flourishing marine art business combining Steve’s life passions.
His simple, yet beautiful pen and inks evolve into a wonderful blend of mediums that include watercolors, always augmented by his use of stippling with pen & ink to bring out the subtleties of shape and shading. Steve’s ability allows him to portray sportfishing boats, gamefish and a variety of other shoreline scenes with complete accuracy, while also capturing the “intangibles” that convert simple illustration into fine art.
