PELAGIC® wants you to enjoy the Pelagic lifestyle by giving away one (1) Pelagic x Custom Rod and Reel combo package to a lucky sweepstakes winner. The Official Rules are as follows:
Entry Period: August 23, 2023 - September 4, 2023.
What You’ll Win: Pelagic Custom Rod and Reel combo of type as selected by Pelagic.
Deadline to Enter: September 4, 2023 at 11:59 pm PST.
Winner Announced: September 6, 2023.
Who is Eligible:
- Winner must be at least 18 years old or older to win.
- Winner must be a resident of the United States of America.
- In addition to the General requirements (detailed below), Winner must complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, publicity and liability release prior to being awarded prize rights.
- Employees of the Pelagic group of companies and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to win.

- Provide email and phone # and you are automatically entered to win.
- No purchase necessary.
Winner Confirmation Process: We use code to randomly select winners from the set of all entries.

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS ONLY OPEN TO PERSONS OVER 18 WHO ARE RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR IN JURISDICTIONS IN WHICH REGISTRATION, BONDING OR PERMITTING WITH ANY AGENCY OR PARTY IS NECESSARY.
The winner will be contacted by us via email. Personal information will then be collected from the winner as necessary to verify eligibility and ship prize. We reserve the right to use your email and entry data for purposes of PELAGIC® advertising. If we do not receive a response from a winner within seven (7) days of notification or if we determine a winner not to be eligible for this contest, we reserve the right to select an alternate winner. Winners shall be required to submit an Affidavit further confirming their eligibility and acceptance of these Official Rules and certain releases in order to receive their prize. Limit one (1) prize per individual. The approximate retail value of the prize is $1,500 - $2,000 USD. The winner shall be solely responsible for any taxes incurred in connection with receiving their prize. We will use reasonable efforts to accommodate requests for sizes or colors but reserve the right to make such selection ourselves based on availability. Prizes shall not be redeemable for cash.
PELAGIC® reserves the right to substitute like prizes of equal or similar value. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, misdirected, delayed, destroyed or illegible entries or submissions or any failure of the Internet. This contest is subject to these Official Rules and any other rules at any time promulgated by us. PELAGIC® reserves the right to amend these rules at any time in its sole discretion. In the event that any provision or rule is found unenforceable by any court of valid jurisdiction, such provision or rule shall be severed herefrom, and the remainder of the Official Rules shall remain valid and enforceable. The contest rules shall be interpreted according to the substantive laws of the State of California.
