Capt. Tuti has been in the industry for 20 years. He began fishing with his grandfather and uncle in the west area of Puerto Rico when he was 5 years old. Marlin, tuna, mahi and other pelagic species were the norm. At the age of 19, he began to work on different charters as a mate. In 2005, he began to work on different private fishing boats, as both captain and mate. He has fished all around the Carribean, Dominican Republic, Venezuela, San Thomas, San Marteen and the British Virgin Islands. Capt Tuti has also fished in countless tournaments over the years.
