Minerva, aka “Mini,” is a native of Costa Rica and considered one of the best wire-women for big Blue marlin. As somewhat of a pioneer for female deckhands, she started her career out of Los Sueños, Costa Rica more than 20 years ago. She has been relentlessly perusing her dream of becoming a highly-respected deckhand/captain among her peers and chasing blue marlin wherever they swim. For the last 6 years, she and her husband, Capt.Darrin Auger, have been running Nemesis Sportfishing in Kauai, Hawaii, yet always with an eye on the next faroff location holding big fish. 

Accomplishments: First place Los Sueños 2012 Tournament , 2nd place Pesca de Altura Gomera, Canary Islands, 1st place Chivas Regal Aruba Cup, 1st place WBS Los Sueños 2011.
